aoa ,laptop scheme is a good step of kpk Gov but unfortunately those students were not included in this scheme who are Gov job holders .Gov must include their names in this scheme who are below than grade 17 , because their basic pay is very less to fulfill even their basic requirements .I could not pay even my tuition fee since last 3 semesters ,i have 76 % marks in course work and have no laptop .I feel very difficulty in my mphil research work .its my humble request to the Gov of kpk that they must include name of such students who have a Gov job of scale below than grade 17 .thanks
